A midweek pause for body and mind.

Join me every Wednesday evening for The Breathing Space, a gentle guided meditation designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

Each session we’ll explore:

  • Mindful Breathwork – to calm the mind and settle the nervous system

  • Full body relaxation – to release layers of held tension

  • Quiet presence – to reset, restore balance, and find your centre

This is a space for everyone – whether you’re new to meditation or have an existing practice. All you need is an open mind, a little curiosity, and the willingness to pause.

When: Wednesdays, 7:30pm
Where: Uzmaston Church Hall
What to bring: A mat, blanket or cushion, and comfortable clothing

Before You Arrive

  • Please arrive 5 minutes early – late arrivals disturb the stillness

  • Switch off or silence your phone

  • Free onsite parking is available

What to Bring & Wear

  • Comfortable, layered clothing

  • Mat, blanket, cushion and optional eye mask

  • Water bottle and, if you wish, a journal for reflection

A Few Notes

  • Avoid heavy meals just before class

  • If you are pregnant or have a health condition, please let me know so I can support you
