Join me every Wednesday evening for The Breathing Space, a gentle guided meditation designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
Each session we’ll explore:

Mindful Breathwork – to calm the mind and settle the nervous system

Full body relaxation – to release layers of held tension

Quiet presence – to reset, restore balance, and find your centre
This is a space for everyone – whether you’re new to meditation or have an existing practice. All you need is an open mind, a little curiosity, and the willingness to pause.

Where: Uzmaston Church Hall
What to bring: A mat, blanket or cushion, and comfortable clothing
Before You Arrive
